Project cancellation
You may request cancellation in writing. Work completed, committed resources, purchased licences, domains, hosting, advertising spend and other non-recoverable costs remain payable.
Refund eligibility
Advance or milestone payments are generally non-refundable once discovery, planning, design, development, campaign setup or resource allocation has started. A refund may be considered only for the unused portion of work where The Webfix has not incurred cost or begun delivery.
Recurring services
Hosting, maintenance, SEO, social media and marketing retainers should be cancelled before the next billing period according to the notice period in the proposal. Previously delivered periods and third-party charges are not refundable.
How requests are reviewed
Send the invoice number, service name and reason for cancellation by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7-10 business days after written approval.
